The waiting and prayer
No news on the biopsies yet š©š.
I never want to be drama seeking, so I hesitate to bring things upā¦ but 2 things are concerning me (aside from the other huge things š ). Taylor has had some pretty extreme hip pain for a good long while now. No one can seem to figure out whatās wrong with it. X-rays have been done, doctors and chiropractors have been seen. It was so bad tonight that she was crying pretty hard. I, of course, worry about cancer, and brought it up while she was inpatientā¦ but her other issues were so much more pressing that they didnāt seem concerned. Itās affecting her quality of life because it bothers her so much. (The picture is of her walking between two of her siblings as they helped her walk- because it hurts that much)
The other thing is she looks jaundice and her energy level has tanked (and sheās super active and people oriented normally). I called the hospital and talked at length to one of her doctors. We are going in for blood work tomorrow. She said to watch her closely throughout the night and then told me things to watch for. So yay for not needing to go in tonight šš¼I also asked the doctor about a follow up visit. We were sent home without any visits scheduled to talk about all the things that happened. She said they have been discussing her case at length and plan to have us in there soon. That will be good, because I have looooooots of questions now that Iāve had time to process everything going on!!
Thank you for following Taylorās journey. The prayers and comments mean a lot!
